Our university academicians have been selected by the European Shoulder and Elbow Surgical Association (SECEC) among 15 countries and awarded with the "Nation Best Paper" Award. Doç. Dr. Nuh Mehmet Elmadağ, Uzm. Dr. Mehmet Anıl Pulatkan, Embriology and Histology Head of department Prof. Dr. Mukaddes Eşrefoğlu, Istanbul Technical University Mechanical Engineering Department Academic Dr. S. Ergün Bozdağ and Dr. Giuseppe Milano of the Roman Catholic University with his "Efficacy of bone marrow-stimulating technique in rotator cuff repair" titled joint study have acheived first place among 15 countries in 2017, at the "SECEC 2017 Berlin" meeting which was held in Berlin, Germany on 13 – 16th September 2017.
